Information you provide

We receive information that you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, enquiry details, support messages, and information included in a waitlist or other linked form.

Please avoid sending secrets, production credentials, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information in an email or support request.

Waitlists and external forms

BuildBaseKit currently links to Google Forms for product waitlists. Information submitted through a Google Form is processed by Google under its own terms and privacy practices, and is then available to BuildBaseKit for managing early-access interest.

Submitting a waitlist form does not create a purchase or guarantee access to a product.

Purchases and payment information

FiloraFS-Pro purchase links currently lead to Gumroad. Gumroad processes checkout, payment, receipts, and product delivery. BuildBaseKit may receive purchase-related records such as the purchaser email, product, order status, and receipt information needed for delivery or support.

BuildBaseKit does not receive or store full payment-card details handled by Gumroad or its payment providers.

Technical data, analytics, and cookies

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, device information, and security or error logs. BuildBaseKit uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure website visits and understand technical usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and timestamps.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy practices.

Why information is used

• confirm purchases, provide product access, and resolve delivery issues
• operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website
• comply with reasonable legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations

Service providers and international processing

BuildBaseKit relies on service providers such as Vercel, Google Analytics, Google Forms, Gumroad, email providers, and infrastructure vendors. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply their own contractual and security safeguards.

Information is not sold as a standalone product.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, support history, purchase records, security, or legal obligations. Waitlist information may be removed when it is no longer useful for the relevant product.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held directly by BuildBaseKit, or ask to stop receiving waitlist communications. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained.

Requests concerning information controlled directly by Google Forms, Gumroad, or another provider may also need to be made to that provider.

Children’s privacy

BuildBaseKit products and this website are intended for developers and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
