Information you provide

We receive information that you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, enquiry details, support messages, and information included in a pre-access form or other linked form.

Please avoid sending secrets, production credentials, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information in an email or support request.

Pre-access forms

BuildBaseKit currently links to Google Forms for pre-access requests. Information submitted through a Google Form is processed by Google under its own terms and privacy practices, and is then available to BuildBaseKit.

Pre-access data may be used to manage product interest, send relevant product updates, and contact you about possible future preview or pre-access opportunities. Submitting a pre-access request expresses interest only and does not create a purchase or guarantee product access, availability, pricing, functionality, or release.

Purchases and payment information

FiloraFS-Pro purchase links currently lead to Gumroad. Gumroad processes checkout, payment, receipts, and product delivery. BuildBaseKit may receive purchase-related records such as the purchaser email, product, order status, and receipt information needed for delivery or support.

BuildBaseKit does not receive or store full payment-card details handled by Gumroad or its payment providers.

Technical data, analytics, and cookies

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, device information, and security or error logs as part of operating and protecting the website.

BuildBaseKit uses optional Google Analytics 4 analytics to understand website usage, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and timestamps. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies, but it is not loaded unless you accept analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be revisited through Analytics choices in the site footer.

Why information is used

• confirm purchases, provide product access, and resolve delivery issues

• comply with reasonable legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations

Service providers and international processing

BuildBaseKit relies on service providers such as Vercel, Google Analytics, Google Forms, Gumroad, email providers, and infrastructure vendors. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply their own contractual and security safeguards.

BuildBaseKit does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, support history, purchase records, security, or legal obligations. Pre-access information may be removed when it is no longer useful for the relevant product.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held directly by BuildBaseKit, or ask to stop receiving pre-access or product-update communications. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained.

Requests concerning information controlled directly by Google Forms, Gumroad, or another provider may also need to be made to that provider.

Children’s privacy

BuildBaseKit products and this website are intended for developers and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
