BuildBaseKit aims to keep product pages accurate. Features, compatibility, screenshots, documentation, and prices may change as products are maintained.

Pages marked upcoming, planned, waitlist, or early access describe intended scope rather than a currently purchasable product. A waitlist entry does not guarantee selection, free access, a launch date, or unchanged final pricing.

External links and services

The website links to services such as GitHub, Gumroad, Google Forms, documentation providers, and social platforms. BuildBaseKit does not control their availability, content, security, or terms.

Intellectual property

BuildBaseKit branding, website copy, documentation, original boilerplate code, and product materials remain owned by BuildBaseKit or their respective licensors. Public open-source repositories remain governed by the licence included with each repository.

A commercial source-code purchase grants the rights described in the Product License; it does not transfer ownership of the original BuildBaseKit materials.

Prohibited misuse

• attempting to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass website security
• using the website or products for unlawful activity
• misrepresenting affiliation with BuildBaseKit
• copying or redistributing commercial source code outside the applicable licence
• using automated access in a way that materially interferes with normal operation

Availability and changes

The website and products may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. BuildBaseKit does not promise uninterrupted website availability, fixed release schedules, or error-free software.

Disclaimers and liability
