Support & Updates Policy
This policy describes the reasonable assistance available for BuildBaseKit products and sets expectations for maintenance and future versions.

Included support
- product setup questions based on the included documentation
- clarification of documented configuration and included features
- reproducible defects in the unmodified product
- reasonable assistance through hello@buildbasekit.com
Support may ask for the product version, purchase information, reproduction steps, configuration with secrets removed, and relevant error output.
Support not included
- custom feature development or full project implementation
- architecture consulting or product-specific design decisions
- deployment management or ongoing operations
- debugging unrelated application code
- third-party service issues outside the documented integration
- heavily modified versions where the issue cannot be reproduced in the original product
Response commitment
Support is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis. No guaranteed response-time or resolution-time service-level agreement applies unless one is explicitly purchased or stated in a separate written agreement.
Product versions and updates
- a purchase includes the product version available at checkout
- bug fixes and minor improvements for the purchased major version may be delivered through the original purchase channel
- future updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule
- major new versions or separately released products may require another purchase
- security or compatibility updates are provided at BuildBaseKit’s discretion unless another commitment is explicitly published

Product use and purchase outcomes are also governed by the Product License and Refund Policy.
